Shipping policy

We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day, with shipments going out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

New Zealand Shipping

- North Island (urban): Delivery usually within 1–2 business days after ordering.

- South Island & Rural Areas: Please allow 2–4 business days. South Island delivery is generally 2 days, but rural addresses may take a little longer.

International Shipping
Currently, international orders may take around 5–10 business days for delivery. 

We deliver using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather events, etc.). We’re not responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched, but we’ll always do our best to help track your order.
