Hi, my name is Françoise. My husband, Jean-Charles, and I are French-speaking Belgians who have lived in NZ since 2001. We’ve run businesses together since we met in the late 80s.

When I discovered the Vivéa range, my first thought was, "Oh My Goodness! Finally, skincare products designed to help women during menopause! Alleluia!". I wish it had been available when I went through that stage.

I began my menopause journey 18 years ago, completely unprepared—like so many women still are. Thankfully, the topic is less taboo now, and more women are sharing their experiences, helping others feel less alone. While every journey is unique, many of us face the same difficult symptoms.

Even now, post-menopause, I still experience many of them. Looking at my mum—still having hot flushes in her 80s—I realise this may be a lifelong journey.
