Vivéa Skincare Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Effective from: 16 March 2026
1. Validity
- Vivéa Skincare Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless a longer validity period is stated.
- The expiry date, or the statement "Expires 3 years from purchase date", will be clearly displayed on the voucher in accordance with New Zealand law.
2. Redemption
- Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed at viveaskincare.co.nz.
- Vouchers can be used to purchase any eligible Vivéa Skincare products available online.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for another voucher.
3. Partial Redemption
- If the purchase value is less than the voucher balance, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher and may be used for future purchases until the expiry date.
- If the purchase exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
4. Non-Refundable
- Gift Voucher purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued, except where required by New Zealand consumer law.
5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
- Vivéa Skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of Gift Vouchers.
- Please treat your voucher like cash.
6. Promotional Discounts
- Gift Vouchers may be used together with promotional offers unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher.
7. Returns
- If an item purchased using a Gift Voucher is returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, the refund will be issued back to a Vivéa Skincare Gift Voucher or original payment method, as appropriate.
8. Fraud
- Vivéa Skincare reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend any Gift Voucher where fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity is suspected.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivéa Skincare is not liable for any loss arising from the use, loss or expiry of a Gift Voucher, except where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
10. Changes to Terms
- Vivéa Skincare reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, provided such changes comply with applicable New Zealand consumer laws and do not affect rights that have already accrued.
11. Consumer Rights
- These Terms & Conditions do not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Vouchers
Vivéa Skincare accepts no responsibility for any gift voucher that is lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, misplaced or used without the purchaser’s permission. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. Vivéa Skincare is not obliged to replace or refund a gift voucher where the voucher code or proof of purchase cannot be verified.

2. Redemption
- Gift Vouchers are redeemable only at viveaskincare.com.au.
- Gift Vouchers may be used to purchase eligible Vivéa Skincare products available online.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded or exchanged for another Gift Voucher.
3. Partial Redemption
- If the total purchase is less than the Gift Voucher balance, the remaining balance will remain available until the expiry date.
- If the purchase exceeds the Gift Voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
4. Purchase of Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers cannot be purchased using another Gift Voucher unless required by law.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Products purchased using a Gift Voucher are subject to Vivéa Skincare’s Returns Policy.
- Where a refund is approved, the amount paid using the Gift Voucher will be refunded to a new Gift Voucher or the original Gift Voucher where possible. Any amount paid using another payment method will be refunded to that payment method where applicable.

- Vivéa Skincare accepts no responsibility for Gift Vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, misplaced or used without the purchaser’s permission.
- Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash.

7. Fraud and Misuse
- Vivéa Skincare reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend any Gift Voucher where fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity or suspected illegal conduct is identified.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivéa Skincare will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use, inability to use, loss, theft or expiry of a Gift Voucher.
9. Changes to Terms
- Vivéa Skincare reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect rights already granted under applicable law.
10. Australian Consumer Law
- These Terms & Conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
